The Program
We are excited to once again offer produce boxes to the community. We will have a 16 week subscription that will begin June 4, 2024 and will end September 21, 2024*.
The program will include one 1/2 bushel box of fresh, local produce each week. (Please see the pictures above for an example of what we'll include.) The produce will change throughout the season. There could be any variety of items such as: tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, corn, onions, peppers, peaches, plums, cantaloupe, lettuce, apples, green beans, etc.
As we do at our farmer's markets, we will only provide you with top grade, fresh, local produce. We have a very high standard for all of our produce.

The Cost
Our produce boxes cost $480* for the season. That breaks down to only $30 per week.
Your options for payment:

A one-time payment of $480 at time of sign up.

Two payments of $240 each. The first payment is due at sign up and the second is due by May 15, 2024. ** This option is only available until May 1, 2024.

Purchase weekly ($30) through our website or purchase at the farmers market the week before.

**If you wish to pay in cash for a box instead of through the website, please let us know and we will set up a time to meet. We do not accept checks.

Pick Up Options
Pick ups will occur at all three of our farmers markets. Your options are:

Tuesdays at CalvertHealth in Prince Frederick (June 4 through September 17)

2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Saturdays at Sneade's ACE Home Center in Lusby (June 8 through September 7)

9 am to 1 pm

*This market will end on the first Saturday of September. This means the produce box season will end 2 weeks earlier than the other markets. The price will be adjusted to account for these 2 weeks. ($420 for the full year)

Missing a Week
There are a few options for you if you miss a pickup week:

You can pick up two boxes on another week.

You can pick up at one of our other markets.

You can have a friend or family member pick up for you.

We can refund you $30 for that week's box. (Only available for up to 2 missed markets.)

If you know you will miss 1 or 2 weeks, you can pay for your box below. If you think you will miss more than 2 weeks, please contact us to set up your payment. Exact dates can be chosen later.
**You must let us know if you will be missing a pickup at least 24 hours in advance.
**There is no refund or rescheduling a pickup for no call no show at the designated pick up location.
What if a Market is Cancelled Due to Weather?
Unfortunately, Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate with us. If the market is cancelled due to severe weather we will email you with some options.
Most likely you will be able to pick up at a different market later in the week or have an extra week added to the end of the season. For single day purchases you will be able to pick up at a different market or at the next week's market you purchased for.
If we don't get a response from you we will assume you are fine with moving the box to the end of the season.
