2026 Produce Box Subscription

Past Boxes

The Program

​We are excited to once again offer produce boxes to the community. We will have an 18 week subscription (2 more weeks than last year!) running from the beginning of June throught the end of September. Please see below for exact dates for each market.
​
The program will include one 1/2 bushel box of fresh, local produce each week. Please see the pictures above and the list of produce below for an example of what we'll include.

 

We are also offering an egg subscription this year! Please note that, while we do not raise chickens, we have partnered with Olsen Farms in Rising Sun, MD to bring fresh eggs to our markets. We started working with them last year to supply eggs at the CalvertHealth market and were thrilled with their quality and, as many of you requested, we have decided to also offer them on a subscription bases for both the CalvertHealth Farmers Market and The North Beach Farmers Market.

 

Eggs will be offered on a longer season. You can purchase an egg subscription separate from a produce box subscription. Please see below for more details.

As we do at our farmer's markets, we will only provide you with top grade, fresh, local produce. We have a very high standard for all of our produce.
 

The Cost

Our produce boxes cost $540 for the full season or $270 for every other week pickup. That breaks down to only $30 per week - you will always receive your full $30 worth of produce!

We are now offering lump-sum or weekly subscription payments.

Eggs will be a seperate subscription of $6 per week and are available for the full market season or for every other week.

**If you pre-pay for the season you will get 50 cents off each dozen!**

Pick Up Options and Dates

Pick ups will occur at both of our farmers markets. Your options are:

  1. Tuesdays at CalvertHealth in Prince Frederick - 2 pm to 5:30 pm

    • Produce Boxes will begin on June 2 and run through September 29

    • Eggs will begin on April 28 (Every Other Week Subscriptions will start May 5) and run through October 20 ​​​​​

  2. Saturdays at The North Beach Farmers Market - 8 am to 11:30 am
    • Produce Boxes will begin on June 6 and run through October 3​
    • Eggs will begin on May 2 (Every Other Week Subscription will start on May 9) and run through October 24

Missing a Week

There are a few options for you if you miss a pickup week (must be pre-arranged):

  1. You can pick up two boxes on another week.

  2. You can pick up at one of our other markets. 

  3. You can have a friend or family member pick up for you.

  4. If you know you will miss 1 or 2 weeks, you can pay for your box below. If you think you will miss more than 2 weeks, please contact us to set up your payment. Exact dates can be chosen later. *After the start of the season, please contact us to sign up for this option.

  5. Weekly Subscriptions can be paused with prior notice.

**You must let us know if you will be missing a pickup at least 24 hours in advance.

**There is no refund or rescheduling a pickup for no call no show at the designated pick up location.

What if a Market is Cancelled Due to Weather?

Unfortunately, Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate with us. If the market is cancelled due to severe weather we will email you with some options.

Most likely you will be able to pick up at a different market later in the week or have an extra week added to the end of the season. For single day purchases you will be able to pick up at a different market or at the next week's market you purchased for. 

​

If we don't get a response from you we will assume you are fine with adding an extra week to the end of the season.

Please note that not all of these items might be in the boxes for the 2026 season and we might add other types of produce. The boxes will vary week to week depending on what is available at that point in the season.​

If there is anything that you would like excluded from your box, please let us know when you purchase your box.

Sign Up Options

By purchasing a produce box or eggs in any of the links below, you are agreeing to all of the terms listed above.

Option 1: Pay all at Once

Full Season: A one-time payment of $540 or two payments of $270. (Split payment is only available until May 1. Final Payment is due by May 15.)

Half Season: A one-time payment of $270. Your pickups will start on the first week of the season and will continue every other week until the end of the season. (9 boxes total)

​

Eggs: This options gets you 50 cents off per dozen!! You would only pay a one-time payment of $143 for the full season (26 weeks - Starting April 28/May2) or $71.50 for every other week (13 weeks - Starting May 5/May 9).

**Eggs are purchased separatly from the produce box.**

Option 2: Weekly Payments

We are excited to now be offering subscription payments! Available for both Full Season and Every Other Week options. 

​

Fill out the form below and we will add you to our subscription list. Once we get you added to our list, you will receive a message from us through Square. You will need to click on the blue "Update Payment Method" link to add a card to be charged. This will need to be done before the first payment proicesses on the Sunday before your first pickup. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

 

*Payments will process every Sunday/Every Other Sunday depending on your box/egg frequency.

**You can also sign up for this subscription in person at the Garden Center or at any Farmers market.**

Option 3: Buy One at a Time

Not sure if you want to purchase for the whole season? You can buy one box/dozen eggs at a time! You can either pre-purchase below or purchase a box or eggs for the following week at the market. ​

*We will also have extra produce boxes and eggs available at every market but these are limited availability and first come first serve.*

For now we have the 1st week's produce box available, once the season starts we will change this to the single box option.
